WHEREAS, an agreement was heretofore executed by the CITY OF RENTON, a Washington municipal
corporation, under Ordinance No. 4362 forming a Special Assessment District (SAD) for West Kennydale
Interceptor
WHEREAS, said Special Assessment District was recorded on the 2nd day of September 1992, bearing
Auditor's File#9209021077, and
WHEREAS, said Special Assessment District creates a lien on specifically defined properties; and

WHEREAS, a certain parcel of that property has fully satisfied its portion of the Special Assessment District; g

WHEREAS, it is necessary that said parcel be released from the lien created by the Special Assessment E
District;
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT KNOWN:
