PARTIAL SATISFACTION OF CITY SPECIAL ASSESSMENT DISTRICT LIEN
WHEREAS, an agreement was heretofore executed by the CITY OF RENTON, a Washington municipal
corporation, under Ordinance No. 4362 forming a Special Assessment District (SAD) for West Kennydale
Interceptor
WHEREAS, said Special Assessment District was recorded on the 2nd day of September 1992, bearing
Auditor's File#9209021077, and
WHEREAS, said Special Assessment District creates a lien on specifically defined properties; and
WHEREAS, a certain parcel of that property was previously connected to the wastewater system and is not
subdividable under current City standards thus deriving no potential benefit from the West Kennydale
Interceptor; and
NWHEREAS, it is necessary that said parcel be released from the lien created by the Special Assessment
Ll7 District;
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT KNOWN:

O That, since the following described property has no potential benefit from the West Kennydale Interceptor as
Cr-) defined under current City code, said property should be and is hereby fully released from any claim under
Q) the Special Assessment District bearing Auditor's File#9209021077.
