PARTIAL SATISFACTION OF CITY SPECIAL ASSESSMENT DISTRICT LIEN
WHEREAS, an agreement was heretofore executed by the CITY OF RENTON, a Washington municipal
corporation, under Ordinance No. 4362 forming a Special Assessment District (SAD) for West Kennydale
Interceptor
WHEREAS, said Special Assessment District was recorded on the 2nd day of September 1992, bearing
Auditor's File#9209021077, and
WHEREAS, said Special Assessment District creates a lien on specifically defined properties; and
WHEREAS, a certain parcel of that property was previously connected to the wastewater system and is not
subdividable under current City standards thus deriving no potential benefit from the West Kennydale
Interceptor; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that said parcel be released from the lien created by the Special Assessment
Co-)- District;

— NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT KNOWN:
(V That, since the following described property has no potential benefit from the West Kennydale Interceptor as
CD defined under current City code, said property should be and is hereby fully released from any claim under
opthe Special Assessment District bearing Auditor's File#9209021077.
