ABBREVIATED LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
A portion of the Northeast Quarter of Section 13,Township 23 North,Range 4 East, W.M., in King
County,Washington.
Please see complete legal attached as Exhibit A.
WHEREAS Special Assessment District 0023 was established by Ordinance No 4967 and recorded
under King County Recording Number 20020610000006;and
WHEREAS the Owner agreed to pay, in annual payments,the amount of the Special Assessments for
utility connection in the original amount of$7,812.14;and
WHEREAS the Owner and the City of Renton executed a Memorandum of Agreement and provided
notice of this agreement under King County Recording Number 20020425000736;and
WHEREAS the agreement provided for a lien against the property,a penalty and interest for late
payments,and attorney fees and costs for collection; and
WHEREAS the agreement provided that upon sale or re-finance of the property the then remaining
balance is due and payable;and
WHEREAS, on April 13,2004,the final installment was paid pursuant to this agreement;and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that said parcel be released from the lien created by the agreement; and
WHEREAS,the Owner has fully satisfied the obligations created by the aforementioned agreement;
NOW,THEREFORE,the Memorandum of Agreement bearing Auditor's File Number
20020425000736,has been fully satisfied and the above described land should be and is hereby fully
released from any claim under said agreement;
BUT this release shall not impair the liens of the said assessment roll recorded under King County
Auditor's File Number 20020610000006, as to the above described land therein described.
