WHEREAS a Special Assessment District was established and recorded under King County Recording
Number 8204190336;and
WHEREAS the Owner agreed to pay,in annual payments,the amount of the Special Assessments for
utility connection in the original amount of$3,912.95;and
WHEREAS the Owner and the City of Renton executed a Memorandum of Agreement and provided
notice of this agreement under King County Recording Number 20020812000861;and
WHEREAS the agreement provided for a lien against the property,a penalty and interest for late
payments,and attorney fees and costs for collection;and
WHEREAS the agreement provided that upon sale or re-finance of the property the then remaining
balance is due and payable; and
WHEREAS,on March 6,2007,the final installment was paid pursuant to this agreement;and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that said parcel be released from the lien created by the agreement;and
WHEREAS,the Owner has fully satisfied the obligations created by the aforementioned agreement;
NOW,THEREFORE,the Memorandum of Agreement bearing Auditor's File Number
20020812000861,has been fully satisfied and the above described land should be and is hereby fully
released from any claim under said agreement;
BUT this release shall not impair the lien of the said assessment roll recorded under King County
Auditor's File Number 8204190336,as to the above described land therein described.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION
That portion of Tract 34 in Plat No. 2, Renton Co-Operative Coal Company's Acre Tracts,
according to the plat thereof recorded in Volume 9 of Plats, Page 27, records of King County,
described as follows:
Beginning at a point which bears South 75 feet and East 110 feet from the Northwest Corner
of said Tract 34;
Thence North 48°25'26" East, a distance of 82.88 feet;
Thence East, a distance of 145 feet, to the West Margin of Talbot Road Right-of-Way;
Thence South 25°40'00"West, a distance of 84.24 feet, along said West Margin;
Thence South 88°47'00"West, a distance of 57 feet;
Thence North 78°58'11"West, a distance of 115.67 feet to the True Point of Beginning.
SITUATE in the Southeast Quarter of Section 19, Township 23 North, Range 5 East, W.M., in
