Situate in the Southeast Quarter of Section 5,Township 23 North,Range 5 East, W.M. in the City of
Renton,King County,Washington.
WHEREAS Special Assessment District 0022 was established by Ordinance No 4920 and recorded
under King County Recording Number 20020104002321;and
WHEREAS the Grantee(s)agreed to pay,in annual payments,the amount of the Special Assessments
for utility connection in the original amount of$5,694.63;and
WHEREAS the Grantee(s)and the City of Renton executed a Memorandum.of Agreement and provided
notice of this agreement under King County Recording Number 20060703000767;and
WHEREAS the agreement provided for a lien against the property,a penalty and interest for late
payments,and attorney fees and costs for collection;and
WHEREAS the agreement provided that upon sale or re-finance of the property the then remaining
balance is due and payable;and
WHEREAS,on September 2,2008,the final installment was paid pursuant to this agreement;and
WHEREAS,it is necessary that said parcel be released from the lien created by the agreement;and

WHEREAS,the Grantee(s)has fully satisfied the obligations created by the aforementioned agreement;
NOW,THEREFORE,the Memorandum of Agreement bearing Auditor's File Number
20060703000767,has been fully satisfied and the above described land should be and is hereby fully
released from any claim under said agreement;
BUT this release shall not impair the lien of the said assessment roll recorded under King County
Auditor's File Number 20020104002321,as to the above described land therein described.
