Thence North 88°18'09"West a distance of 280.71 feet to the True Point of Beginning;
EXCEPT the Westerly 140 feet,as measured along the North and South line thereof;EXCEPT the

WHEREAS Special Assessment District 0021 was established by Ordinance No 4921 and recorded
under King County Recording Number 20020104002322;and
WHEREAS the Grantee(s)agreed to pay, in annual payments,the amount of the Special Assessments
for utility connection in the original amount of$5,000.00;and
WHEREAS the Grantee(s)and the Cityof Renton executed a Memorandum of Agreement and provided

notice of this agreement under King County Recording Number 20040818000203; and
WHEREAS the agreement provided for a lien against the property,a penalty and interest for late
payments, and attorney fees and costs for collection;and
WHEREAS the agreement provided that upon sale or re-fmance of the property the then remaining
balance is due and payable; and
WHEREAS,on May 15,2008,the final installment was paid pursuant to this agreement;and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that said parcel be released from the lien created by the agreement;and
WHEREAS,the Grantee(s)has fully satisfied the obligations created by the aforementioned agreement;

Auditor's File Number 20020104002322,as to the above described land therein described.
