RIGHT OF ENTRY FOR ARCHAEOLOGICAL/HISTORICAL RECONNAISSANCE
The undersigned, hereinafter called the "owner," hereby grants to King County, a
political subdivision of the State of Washington, hereinafter called "King County," a per-
mit or right of entry upon the following terms and conditions:
1. The Owner hereby grants to King County a ight to enter upon the lands
hereinafter described, at any time expiring on 12-
31 i.o _ in order to conduct an
archaeological/historical reconnaissance. The King C`ou ty personnel will identify them-
selves to said property occupants at the time of trespass
irti 2. Reconnaissance activity would be limited to walking the site and visually in-
co spection it for evidence of cultural resources. Occasionally a trowel would be used to
turn over surface material to inspect for cultural resources. Any such surface material

would be replaced. .
0 3. The permit includes the right of ingress and egress on land of the owner
described below, provided such ingress and egress is necessary and not otherwise con-
CO veniently available to King County.
0 4. King County will be responsible for damages arising from the activity of King
County, its officers, agents, employees or representatives on said land, in the exercise
C' of right under this permit or right of entry. •
5. The land affected by this permit or right of entry is located in the State of
Washington, County of King, and described as follows: •
