Tax Lot #9, Section 13, Township 23 North, Range 4 East, W.M. as described in Exhibit "A." / Portion of Tax Lot 84, Section 13, Township 23 North, Range 41 East, W.M. as described in Exhibit "A," all in King Countyy • Washington. Portion of Tax Lot 44, Sections 24 and 23, Range 4 East, •as described in Exhibit "A," all in King County Washington. The portions of the site subject to earth fill placement as described in Attachment "A." ° • Said heretofore mentioned Grantee, its successors or assigns, shall have the right, without prior notice or proceeding at law, at such times as may be necessary to enter upon said above described property for the purpose of depositing earth fill , without incurring any legal obligations or liability ] therefore, provided, that such depositing of said-arth. fl-ll shall be accom- plished in such a manner that the private, improvements exi sting on the property and in the right(s)-of-way shall not be disturbed or damaged, they will be( replaced in as good a condition as they/were ,immediately before \the property was entered upon by the Grantee. / 1 The Grantor shall fully use and enjoy the aforedescribed premises.
