construct a side sewer to connect these premises to the City Sewer main at less than the minimum grade of 2%
according to City of Renton Ordinance#4343 as it amends any previous ordinances,hereby agree to indemnify and
save harmless the City of Renton,a municipal corporation from all futute damages resulting from such connection.
2. This agreement shall be a covenance running with the land over the above described real estate,and shall be binding
upon all parties and their heirs and assigns forever.
