WHEREAS, the City of Renton has prevousl�y'ad£pted'Ordinance No. 4415 providing for the collection of
tap, hook-up or connection charges for those connecting to the water or sewage systems of the City, and
1 On WHEREAS, said charge was duly recorded pursuant to RCW 65.08.170, and
0 WHEREAS, said charge creates a lien on specifically defined properties, and
vizi WHEREAS, a certain parcel of that property has fully satisfied a percentage portion of those charges, and
0 WHEREAS, it is necessary that a certain percentage of the below described parcel be released from the lien
created by said charges;

NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT KNOWN:
Q? That the sanitary sewer, tap, hook-up or connection charge known as the Special Utility Connection
Charge (SUCC fee) has been partially satisfied and a percentage is released from any claim under that
charge as to 71% of the following described real property:
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT"A"
Sanitary Sewer Special Utility Connection Charges have been paid for 71% of the Olympic Pipe
Yt Line property with 29% owing upon future development.
BUT this release shall not impair the lien of the City of Renton as to the remaining 29%not previously
released.
The Sanitary Sewer Special Utility Connection Charge released by the recording of this document, was a
partial payment granted under Restrictive Covenant recording number 9401042789 and 9401313206, and
paid by Olympic Pipe Line in the amount of$23,644.37, Permit#8331, Receipt#2319, dated 10/29/93.
The Water Special Utility Connection Charge released by the recording of this document was paid in full by
Olympic Pipe Line on 1/29/81 via Permit#2739 in the amount of$5,082.78.0
