Talbot Hill Booster Pump Station and the associated mains,
and construction costs can be determined, a special assess- I
ment will be computed and levied against your property.

temporary water service and/or main in S. 55th St. for the
above property hereby agree that no protests can be made by above part , heirs
and assigns, against the construction of, or assessment for a permanent waterma nine which
will necessarily be constructed in the street to serve this property.
This agreement shall be a covenant running with the land and shall be binding upon
all parties and their heirs and assigns until the permanent watermain to serve the above
described property has been constructed and the assessment roll or cost per property
therefore certified to the City Treasurer for collection, or payment.
