above property hereby agree that no protests can be made by above party , hisheirs
and assigns, against the construction of, or assessment for a permanent watermain which
will necessarily be constructed in the street to serve this property.
This agreement shall be a covenant running with the land and shall be binding upon
all parties and their heirs and assigns until the permanent watermain to serve the above
described property has been constructed and t - assessment roll or cost per property
therefore certified to the City Treasurer for .11ection, it payme t.
