above property hereby agree that no protests can be made by above party , heirs
and assigns, against the construction of, or assessment for a permanenwaterma nine which

This agreement shall be a covenant running with the land and shall be binding upon
all parties and their heirs and assigns until the permanen , watermain to serve the above
described property has been constructed and the assessment oll or cost per property
