a temporary water service and/or main in Sunset Lane N.E.

The owner(s) of the above described property, their successors, heirs and assigns, here-
by agree and covenant to participate in, sign a petition in support of, and accept any
Local Improvement District (L.I.D. ) or City-initiated proposal , other than L.I .D. , and
pay their fair share therfore, for the extension of the water main when required by the
Renton Sub i Fvi s i on Ordinance, or as directed by the Director of Public Works, and as
