temporaryfrididdlidlii water service and/or main in 138 th Ave. S.E. (Duvall Ave. N.E.)
for the above property.
The owner(s) of the above described property, their successors, heirs and assigns, hereby
agree and covenant to participate in, sign a petition in support of, and accept any
Local Improvement District (L.I.D.) or City-initiated proposal, other than L.I.D. , and
pay their fair share therefore, for the extension of the water main in 1.38th Ave. S.E.
(Duvall Ave. N.E.) when required by the Renton Subdivision Ordinance, or as
directed by the Director of Public Works.
