described as follows:
Beginning at the most westerly corner of Lot 1, Block 6 of said
addition thence S 61 09'15" E 50' thence S 09 55'00" W 51'
thence N 65 05'00" W 40' thence Northerly along Westerly line
of said Lot 9 to point of beginning and
Except that portion taken for SR 169. RECFEE 2.00

permit to connect a temporary/permanent water service and/or main in 55
Monroe Avenue S.E. or SR.169 for the above property.
The owners of the above described property, their successors, heirs and

support of, and accept any Local Improvement District (L.I.D.) or City-
Ininitiated proposal, other than L.I.D., and pay their fair share therefore,

Renton Subdivision Ordinance, or as directed by the Director of Public
