RELEASE OF TEMPORARY WATER SERVICE AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, JAMES E. DAVIS and LORRAINE M. DAVIS entered into a
Temporary Water Service Agreement with the City of Renton dated •
September 21, 1977 and recorded under King County Auditor' s File
No. 7710030510 covering real property legally described as
follows :
See Attachment "A" incorporated herein as if fully set
forth; and
WHEREAS, that agreement was to be a covenant running with the

land until a permanent water main to serve the property had been

.�y. WHEREAS, the permanent water main has now been constructed;

WHEREAS, the temporary water service agreement is no longer
necessary.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Renton hereby releases and
cancels the Temporary Water Service Agreement recorded under King
County Auditor ' s File No. 7710030510 affecting the real property
described in Attachment "A" hereto which is incorporated by
reference as if fully set forth.

That portion of the South 1/2 of the South 2 of the SW Y4 of the NE X14 of Section 3,
Township 23 North, Range 5 East, W.M. King County, Washington, lying east of the
following described line;
Beginning at the southwest corner of the SE Y4 of the NW Y/4 of said Section 3;
Thence S 87° 26' 08" E along the south line of the SE Y4 of the NW Y4 of said section and
the south line of the SW Y4 of the NE 1Y4 of said section a distance of 1780.25 feet to the
true point of beginning;
Thence N 2° 33' 52" E at right angles to said south line a distance of 310.36 feet to the
north line of the S 1/2 of the S 1 of SW Y4 of the NE Y4 of said section 3.
Together with an easement for ingress, egress and utilities, over, under, upon or across
the south 30 feet of that portion of the SE Y4 of the NW 1/4 lying east of 138th Ave. SE and
the south 30 feet of the SW Vi of the NE 1Y4, less the east 871.01 feet thereof, all in Section
3,Township 23 North, Range 5 East, W.M. in King County, Washington.
