This plat of Summerwind Division No. 5 embraces that portion of Tract C, Summerwind
Division No. 4, a replat of Summerwind Division No. 3, according to the plat recorded
in Volume 151 of Plats, Pages 1 through 11, inclusive, in King County, Washington.
This instrument hereby replaces and supercedes that certain temporary water service
agreement recorded under AF# 8906150188, recorded for purposes of correcting and
amending the erroneous legal description set forth in said Rre i�ously recorded
easement.
