The Grantor,as named above,for or and in consideration of the City of Renton Water Utility granting permission to
temporarily connect to a water main located at and ending near NW 2nd PI and Maple Ave NW for domestic water service
for a single family swelling located on the property described above;
"The owner(s)of the above-described property,their successors,heirs and assigns,hereby agree and covenant to
complete connection to public water main fronting the property along NW 2nd PI from Maple Ave NW to the east
property line of the subject property within 12(twelve)months of notice of availability and further:
1. To participate in,sign a petition in support of,and accept any Local Improvement District(UD),
2. To participate in or sign a petition in support of any other City-initiated proposal,other than an LID,and pay their
fair share thereof,
3. Otherwise financially or physically participate in any proposal,City-initiated or otherwise,for the purpose of
extension of a water main that provides direct water service to the subject property via a water main fronting the
property along NW 2nd Place when required by the Renton Subdivision Ordinance or as directed by the
Administrator of Public Works. The undersigned will connect to a water main fronting the property along
NW ed Place,even if such water main is installed by a developer for the purpose of meeting platting requirements
and the undersigned is not an owner within the confines of said plat.
