through the FEDERAL PUBLIC HOTTSING AUTHORITY, being the owner of real property in the
City of Renton, County of King, State of Washington, described as follows:

for good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby
remise, release and quit claim to the City of Renton in King County, Washington, an ease-
ment for all those sanitary and storm sewer mains and water mains installed within the
above described property and shown on the attached plats numbered 3 to 15 inclusive,
which by reference are made a part hereof, but excluding laterals, and excluding extensions
of mains within private ways, with the right of ingress and egress, to maintain, repair
and replace said sanitary and storm sewer mains and water mains, together with an easement
for water storage facilities within the following described property:
Being the East half of the Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of the
Southwest quarter of Section 4, T 23 N, R 5 E, Willamette Meridian, less County
Road, said tract being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the one quarter corner common to Sections 4 and 9, T 23 N, R 5 E,
Villamette Meridian, being movement 19, thence south 88 degrees 01 minutes 44
seconds East for 328.06 feet; thence North 01 degree 11 minutes 42 seconds East
for 30.0 feet, the true point of beginning; thence continue on same course for
an additional 622.94 feet; thence South 88 degrees 06 minutes 22 seconds East
for 327.67 feet; thence South 1 degree 09 minutes 44 seconds West for 623.40
feet; thence North 88 degrees 01 minute 44 seconds �Test for 328.04 feet to the
true point of beginning.
all of said tract lying and being in the County of King, State of Washington, excepting
and reserving to the United States in accordance with Executive Order No. 9701, approved
on March 4, 1946 (11 F.R. 2369), all fissionable materials in the above described land
together with the right at any and all times to enter upon the lands and prospect for,
mine and remove such materials with all necessary and convenient means of working and
distributing the materials and supplies. (By accepting this instrument or any rights
thereunder the said grantee hereby releases the United States of America from any and
all liability for all claims for losses or damages arising out of the exceptions and
reservations above.)

,The grantee hereby covenants that in the event it becomes necessary to excavate
for maintaining or repairing said sanitary and storm sewer mains and water mains, the
grantee will restore the property to the same or as good. condition as existed prior to
the excavations and that the grantee will bear all expense in connection with the main-
taining or repairing of said sanitary and storm sewer mains and water mains.
IN 'WITNESS 'THEREOF, the United States of America acting by and through the Federal
Public Housing Authority has caused this instrument to be executed this sixth day of
November, 1946.

Director for Real Estate and Disposition, Region VII, Federal Public Housing authority
of the United States of America, and that the said instrument was signed on behalf of
the United States of America by authority of law, and that the said James S. Whitney
acknowledged said instrument to be the free act and deed of the United States of America.
