HomeMy WebLinkAboutE 08041949 t AGREYMENT FOR EASEMENTS. • /11The undersigned, being owners of tracts below set forth following their respective signatures, which tracts are included in Local Improvement District No. 223, created under Ordinance No. 1343 of the City of Renton, all situated in the City of Renton, King County, Washington, hereby request that lateral sewer lines under said Local Improvement be not constructed across their said tracts, to wit: South half of Tract 10, North half of Tractll, South East Quarter of Tract 11, East half of Tract 12, and East half of Tract 13, in Renton Co-operative Coal Companyfs Acre Tracts: And they hereby agree that in determining and assessing for special benefits conferred upon aforesaid tracts by the Local Improvement aforesaid, the City is authorized to fix and assess same on the basis of deducting from the normal proportionate assessments against said tracts for said improvement, the estimated cost of 450 feet of sewer pipe, one manhole and one lamphole (totaling $1072.50), which under this request will be eliminated from said improvement; And they further agree in consideration of the savings hereunder to the under- signed, and the eliminating of said sewer pipe line across above tracts, that in the event that at any future time the owners of the East half of said Tracts 10, 11, 12 and 13, or any thereof, shall desire sewer connections thereto, the undersigned and each of them, and their successors in interest in title will permit and will grant easements without charge or payment, for the construction and maintenance of sewer lines and connections to serve said owners, across the West half of each of said respective Tracts 10, 11, 12 and 13 to connectt// with existing sewer in Cedar Street.
