in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) do e.s_ hereby grant to
WASHINGTON NATURAL GAS COMPANY, a public utility corporation an easement
for a gas pipeline or pipelines under, over and across the following described

giving and granting to said Company such access rights as may be necessary for
the installation, operation and maintenance of such pipeline or lines; and, by
the acceptance of this easement, Washington Natural Gas Company agrees to in-
stall, operate and maintain-such pipeline or lines with the least possible '
inconvenience to the Grantor , and agrees to hold the Grantor harmless
from any loss, cost or damage resulting from the installation, operation or
maintenance of such pipeline or lines.
