That.booboo'and wife,hereinafter referred to as"party of the first part"for and in consideration of ONE DOLLAR and
other good and valuable consideration,receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,do hereby grant,release and convey
unto the CITY OF RENTON, a Municipal Corporation of the State of Washington, as "Party of the second part,"
an easement appurtenant and perpetual over,on,and to the following described properties:
A utility easement 5 feet in width over the easterly 5 feet of the
following described property:
All that portion of the Southeast One-Quarter of the Northeast One-
Quarter of Section 8, Township 23 North, Range 5 East, W.M.
described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of State Highway
with the north line of said Southeast One-Quarter pf the North-
' east One-Quarter; thence east 310 feet; thence south 100 feet;
thence west to the centerline of said State Highway; thence
northerly along said centerline to the point of beginning; LESS
that portion west of a line running north from a point on the
southline 160 feet east of the easterly margin of said
State Highway
And the party of the second part to have for the purposes of construction, repair,service, and ataintenance of
swage pipe Ones and any other public utilities and services.
