PERPETUAL EASEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
Tho, ELEANOR DOBSON, a widow and TINO CUGINI and EMMA CUGINI
husband and wife,hereinafter referred to as"party of the first part" for and in consideration of ONE DOLLAR and
other good and valuable consideration,receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,do hereby grant,release and convey
unto the CITY OF RENTON, a Municipal Corporation of the State of Washington, as "Party of the second part,"
an easement appurtenant and perpetual over,on, and to the following described properties:
Ten (10) feet on each side of the following-described center line:
Begin at the southwest corner of Lot 1, Block 7, Windsor Hills Addition
to Renton, as recorded in volume 38 of plats, page 23, records of
King County; thence North 89°26'47" West 130,72f;thence South 3°43'58"
West 145 feet; thence South 84°23'44" East 20 feet to the trueoint
of beinning; thence South 5°36'16" East 354.19 feet; thence South
61°16'47" East 136.79 feet to the /line of Bronson Way North
center
