PERPETUAL EASEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That, A. Xz Story and ,
husband and wife,hereinafter referred to as"party of the first part" for and in consideration of ONE DOLLAR and
other good and valuable consideration,receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,do hereby grant, release and convey
unto the CITY OF RENTON, a Municipal Corporation of the State of Washington, as "Party of the second part,"
an easement appurtenant and perpetual over,on,and to the following described properties:
Portion of Tract 288, C. D. Hillmans Lake Washington Garden of Eden
Division Number 4 as recorded in Volume 11 of plats, page 82, records of
King County, Washington, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the North line of said Tract 288 122.30 feet
East of the Northwest corner thereof; thence South parallel to the West
line of said Tract 288a10.00 feet; thence ,Nest parallel to North line of
said Tract 288 25.00 feet; thence North parallel to the West line of said
Tract 288 to the North line thereof;thence East along said North line
25.00 feet to the point of beginning.
And the party of the second part to have for the purposes of construction, repair, service, and maintenance of
sewage pipe lines and any other public utilities and services.
