PERPETUAL EASEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That Melvin G. Daniel and Oletha B. Daniel
husband and wife,hereinafter referred to as"party of the first part" for and in consideration of ONE DOLLAR and
other good and valuable consideration,receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant, release and convey
unto the CITY OF RENTON, a Municipal Corporation of the State of Washington, as "Party of the second part,"
an easement appurtenant and perpetual over,on, and to the following described properties:

Garden of Eden Addition to Seattle No. 1 as recorded

County, Washington, EXCEPT the North 75 feet thereof.
