ment, which we have drawn up along the lines
of the form mailed us on the 5th instant, and
same has been duly executed on the part of
the Puget Sound Electric Railway.
We would be pleased to receive •dup-
ltca.te for our files as soon as same has been
completed on the part of the City.

EASEMENT.
The Undersigned, Puget Sound Electric Railway, a corporation,
being the owner of Dart of Lots 16 and 17 in Block Nine in the
Original Plat of the Town, now a part of the City of Renton, State
of Washington, does hereby grant unto the City of Renton, Washing-
ton, its successors and lssigns, thme right to lay, construct and
maintain a sewer in, upon and across the west end of such part of
said Lots 16 and 17 as is owned by said granter, upon the following
conditions:
The City of Renton, by the acceptance of this grant, without
which the same would not be granted, releases and holds harmless
the Puget Sound Electric Railway from any and all claims for loss
or damage to any person or persons in the employ of the City or to
any property owned or operated by said City, while said person, per-
sons, or property are upon the right- of-way of said Railway in
said Lots 16 and 17; and said City further assumes all liability
for any lose or damage occasioned to said Railway, its equipment,
employes or passengers, either through the maintenance or operation
of said sewer line.
In witness whereof the grantor has caused this instrument to
be executed this ay of e 1 11..7, 1913.
