GRANT OF EASEMENT

THIS MEdiORAi3DUM OF AGREEMENT Made this 23d day of May 1922,
Obetween FrankADelaurenti and Mary Delaurenti, his wife, Francis
Delaurenti and Gabriel Delaurenti, all of Renton, parties of the
first part and The City of Renton, a municipal corporation of the.
3d class, party of the second part, WITNESSETH:
That the parties of the first part for and in consideration

• of the sum of One dollar and the installation of a "Y" for the use
of the parties of the first part by the party of the second part,
do hereby grant and convey to the party of the second part and to
its successors and assigns the right to go upon and construct and
maintain a trunk sewer running from the north side to the south .side
of the property hereinafter described, to-wit:
"Commencing 145.20 ft. west of the SW corner of a two acre tract
sold by Charles Bruhn to Enoch Hyde on May 28th, 1900 (said corner
being 1657.92. ft. west of and 1136.52 ft. north of the SW corner of _
Block 25 in the Town of Renton) , thence North 275 ft; thence east

145.20 ft; thence south 275 ft. thence west 145620 ft to the gicce of
beginning,"
and the right at all timm reasonable times to got upon the said tract
of land to make all needed repairs; the party of\the second part
agrees to do as little damage to the growing crops as possible.
The party of the second part hereby agrees to put a "Y" in the
sewer at a point nearest to the residence of the parties of the first
part without charge therefor.
