same now being part of the City of Renton, and located between
Second and Sixth Streets TTorth and

northward from Second Street north to a connection with the trunk
'sewer in Sixth Street north on a line parallel to and five feet
east of the west line of Lots in 'nooks 1 and 2 and of Lots 1,2,3 ,
acid 4 in Blcks 3 of Sartoriville , we., the undersigned, in considerat
ion of this Sim of One Boilar ( .1.:iO) to _Min hand paid acid in
further consideration of the public welfare and to the peculiar
ac.d special benefits to accrue to ..Ue therefrom, we hereby grant to
the Lity of lteuton, Washington, the right to ,o uon blocks 1 and
2 and lots 1,2,3, and 4 in Block 3 of Sartoriville and excavate ,
lay dov,n and construct a sub-sewet together kith the right to make
connections with the property to the west and abutting on and ad-
jacent to and the City of Renton tan its part in accepting said
easement, agrees to make the improvement without damage to the
property of the grantor and when said sub-sewer is laid , to restore
the 13urface of the ground to the co,:-.ittipn it is now in and to re-
