KNOW ALL MF1T BY THESE PRESENTS: That Joe Wood

($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration to

(2) ledged, hereby give and grant unto the City of Renton
an easement to use as heretofore, as a road for the
use and benefit of certain pedestrians and others
that certain strip or parcel of land more particularly
described as follows, to-wit:
A.Aract of land described as follows: Beginning
at the N.W. Corner of Lot No. }, Block No. I ,
. Renton Farm Plat; thence S 45 12' W. 338.42 feet
to the South Marginal Line of Canal; thence N.
50° 13' W. along said south marginal line 800.03
feet to the true point of beginning; thence continuing
N. 50° 13'W. 487.85 feet thence S. 0° 53' 30" W.
12.85 feet; thence S. 50' 13' E. 488.35 feet; thence
N. 16° 03' 50" W. 11.54 feet to the point of
beginning,
in King County, Washington.
It is hereby etpressly understood that this easement
is subject to revocation at any time, upon a ten day
written notice.
It is expressly agreed and understood that the
City of Renton in accepting this easement shall not
be liable for any damage of any kind or nature what-
soever growing out of or by reason of the use of said
roadway.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties hereto have hereunto
set their hands this 2 -day of October, 1927.
