Dear Madam:
We thank you for your letter of June 8 informing us that you
were, on that day, recording the easement from the Northern
Pacific Railway Company to the City of Renton covering right
of way for this improvement where it crosses the railway
company's right of way at grade near the junction of Cole
Street and Williams Street North.
Will you please supply this office with the recording data
when the easement has been returned to you?

Dear Sir:
We have received,through the office of our District Engineer in
Seattle, two copies of the easement from Northern Pacific Railway
Company to the City of Renton, covering right of.way where the
above indicated improvement crosses the railway company's property
near the junction of Cole Street and Williams Street North.
The State's copy is being retained in our files, and we have
returned to the Railway Company its copy which has been initialed
on the mprgin by the several officials.
Will you please advise if you have recorded the copy you have. We
believe that the City of Renton should have this instrument recorded,
as the conveyance is to the City only. When the instrument has been
returned to you by your County Auditor will you please inform us of
the recording data.

Please refer to our letter of May 12, 1942 in connection with
right of way on this improvement, particularly easement from
the Northern Pacific Railway Company to the City of Renton
covering right of way where the improvement crosses the
railway company's property at grade near the junction of
Cole Street with Williams Street North.
Will you please inform us if the City of Renton has recorded
the instrument which the Railway Company has executed in
favor of the City.
