Re: N.P.R.R. Easement, Ripley Lane, Renton
Dear Sir:
You will notice that the Northern Pacific Railway Company has
agreed to change its Easement form along the lines that we had
heretofore suggested, namely eliminating the objectionable clause
as to the City's responsibility of bearing the expense in case
the road is widened.
_, We would suggest that you proofread the legal description and if
correct the Easement should be approved by the City Council at the
next meeting and be signed by the Mayor and City Clerk. The maps
which are now in your possession should be attached, and thereupon
one copy of the Easement should be returned to the Railroad, to the
attention of Mr. J. T. Moore, Western Manager Industrial Development.
