HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT
WHEREAS the City of Renton grants permit to
Renton Clothes Bank for use of space in the Renton Highlands
Administration Building at 800 Edmonds Avenue N.E. , Renton,
Washington for local distribution point for the Renton
Clothes Bank, which permission shall commence March 1, 1979
and shall expire upon 30 days notice from either party
to the other party of the intent.
NOW THEREFORE, the undersigned permittee agrees and
covenants to indemnify the City of Renton and save harmless
from and against any and all claims, actions, liability,
expenses, and/or damage to property arising from or out of
use of property as above-stated.
