Dear Jackie Carriveau:
Regarding our telephone conversation of October 7, 1986, I am
enclosing a copy of a Utility Service Agreement and an Easement
between the City of Renton and BNL Development Corporation. Would
you please have these documents checked to verify if they were
recorded with King County Records and Elections? If they are
recorded we need to obtain the receiving recording number so we
will be able to request a copy from King County.
Thank you for your assistance in this matter. If •we can be of

UTILITY SERVICE AGREEMENT
Date November 24 , 1975
We , BNL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation, owner
of the property legally described as follows :
That portion of Government Lots 2 and 11, and
of Henry Meader Donation Land Claim No . 46,
all in Section 25, Township 23 North, Range 4
East of W.M. , in King County, Washington,
described as follows :
Commencing at the intersection of the centerline
4 of West Valley Highway (State Road 181) with the
(Jjr centerline of Strander Boulevard Extension, as
V shown on sheets 4 and 5 of City of Tukwila draw-
ing of Strander Boulevard Extension dated August,
1972 ; thence South 8° 51 ' 30" East along the
centerline of West Valley Highway a distance of
194 . 77 feet to the north line of the south 210
feet in width of said Government Lot 11 ; thence
South 87° 47' 19" East along said north line
40 . 76 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING on the
easterly margin of West Valley Highway ; thence
North 8 51 ' 30" West along said easterly highway
margin 808 . 08 feet to the south line of the City
of Seattle 's Bow Lake Pipeline right-of-way;
thence South 87° 13' 12" East along said south
right-of-way 273 . 28 feet to the westerly line of
a 100-foot right-of-way conveyed to Puget Sound

2644020 (former Puget Sound Electric Railway
right-of-way) ; thence south 1° 13' 24" East
along said westerly right-of-way line 791 . 76 feet
to the north line of the south 210 feet in width
of said Government Lot 11 ; thence North 87° 47 ' 19"
west along said north line 165 . 55 feet to the
POINT OF BEGINNING.
SUBJECT TO a perpetual utility easement to the
State of Washington, recorded under King County
Auditor' s File No. 6525398 ; ALSO,
SUBJECT TO an electric transmission and distri-
bution line easement to the City of Seattle,
recorded under King County Auditor' s File No.
5417049 ; ALSO,
SUBJECT TO easements , reservations and restrictions
of record.
for and in consideration of the Renton Department of Public Works
granting a permit to connect water and sewer service for the above
property, it is hereby agreed that no protests can be made by above
party, its heirs and assigns , against the construction of, or assess-
ment for a permanent watermain or sewer line which may be constructed
to serve this property, provided such construction and any assessment
therefor is accomplished in accordance with existing statutes of the
State of Washington or ordinances of the City of. Renton.

This agreement shall be a covenant running with the land and
shall be binding upon all parties and their heirs and assigns until
a permanent watermain to serve the above described property has been
constructed and the assessment roll or cost per property therefore
certified to the City Treasurer for collection, or payment .
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and seal the day

that executed the foregoing instrument, and acknowledged the said
instrument to be the free and voluntary act and deed of said corpo-
ration, for the uses and purposes therein mentioned, and on oath
stated that they are authorized to execute the said instrument and
that the seal affixed is the corporate seal of said corporation.
