N THIS INDENTURE, Made this 19th day of December , 19 1I.1
M between RALPH S. STACY as Treasurer of King County, State of Washington, the party
(•,j of the first part and The City/ XX of RENTON , a municipal corporation,
party of the second part.
WITNESSETH: Whereas, King County is the owner and holder of the hereinafter described property `
which was bid in by and sold to said County at a sale for general taxes; and
WHEREAS,said property is subject to Local Improvement Assessment liens levied by said City/ ;
and
WHEREAS, said City/TUX has paid to party of the first part the face of the general taxes and costs
for which said property was sold to party of the first part and has made application for a deed to said
property pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 170, 1925 Laws of Washington, extraordinary session;
Now THEREFORE, Know ye that I, RALPH S . STACY , County Treasurer of said
County of King, State of Washington, for and in consideration of the sum of
SIXTY—TWO AND N0/100 ($62.00) Dollars
lawful money of the United States of America to me in hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowl-
edged, do hereby grant and convey unto the City/Xof RENTON , a municipal
corporation, the following described property located in King County, Washington, to-wit:
