Washington, the following described Real Estate:
All of Lot 11, Block 4, Windsor Hills Addition to Renton,
according to plat thereof, recorded in Volume $8 of Plats,
page 22, records of King County, Washington, and Windsor Hills
Addition Correction Plat to Renton, according to plat thereof
recorded in Volume 39 of plats, page 38, records of King
County,Washington, with the exception of the two parcels of
land described as follows : (1 ) Beginning at the moat westerly
corner of said Lot 11; thence northeasterly along the north7
westerly line thereof on a curve to the left with a radio$
of 603.00 feet, the radial center of said curve bearipg ''north
42°57 '01" west, a distance of 85.00 feet; thence south 42°58 ' -
54" east 130.00 feet; thence south 43°00 '55" west 85- feet too
the most easterly corner of Lot 10, said block 4; thence north
42°57 '01" west, along the northeasterly line of said Lot 10,
130.00 feet to the point of beginning. ,
(2 ) Beginning at the most northerly corner of said Lot
11; thence south 28 °24 '30" west along the northwesterly line
of said lot, 14.36 feet to a point of curve; thence . continu-
ing along said northwesterly line on a curve to the right
with a radius of 603.00 feet, a distance of 45.64 feet; thence

85.00 feet to the most southerly corner of Lot 12, said Block
4; thence north 61°35 '30" west along the southwesterly line of
said Lot 12, 120.00 feet to the point of beginning.

I enclose Warranty Deed from Grandey Home Builders,
Inc. , to City of Renton conveying to the City the major
part of Lot 11, Block 4, Windsor Hills Addition to Renton,
for Park and Playground purposes. This deed was filed
for record October 4, 1947, under Auditor' s Receiving No.
3730753, and recorded in Volume 2671 of Deeds, Page 592.
Resolution # 6 jf adopted by the City Council October
7th, 1947, constitutes the acceptance of this property.
