THE GRANTORS, GEORGE W. CRUELER and DAISY A. CRUEGER, his wife,
for and in consideration of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00)
convey and quit claim to CITY OF RENTON, a municipal corporation,
the following described real estate, situated in the County of King
State of Washington:
