QUIT CLAIM DEED
The undersigned GRANTOR:
Thomas Faull Jr., a single man
for and in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable
consideration and common benefits, receipt of which is
acknowledged by haps.
CONVEY AND QUIT-CLAIM to THE CITY OF RENTON , a municipal
corporation of the State of Washington, all their respect-
ive interests and title in and to the following described
real estate situated in said City of Renton, County of
King, State of Washington, to-wit;
The East 8 feet of South 2 of West 140 feet
of Tract 20, Plat No. 1 of Renton Cooperative
Coal Company's Acre Tracts, according to plat
thereof recorded in volume 9 Page 29 records
of King County, Washington.
