' CORRECTION Quit Claim Deed
THE GRANTOR MARIE D. DEL GUZZO, a widow,
for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS and other good and valuable consideration,
conveys and quit claim s to CITY OF RENTON, a Municipal Corporation,
the following described real estate, situated in the County of King
State of Washington:
That portion of Government Lot 7, Section 17, Township
23 North, Range 5 E.W.M. , described as follows: (Well site)
Commencing at the point of intersection of the east line
of said Government Lot 7 with the southerly margin of the Renton-
Maple Valley Highway No. 1140; thence northwesterly along the
., said southerly margin of said Renton-Maple Valley Highway,a dis-
tance of L.5 feet; thence southwesterly at ,a right angles with said
southerly margin to the water's edge at the right bank of the
Cedar River; thence continuing at said right angle a distance in-.
