CORRECTION Quit Claim Deed
I .
THE GRANTOR MARIE D. DEL GUZZO, a widow,
for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS and other good and valuable consideration,
convey Sand quit claims to CITY OF RENTON, a Municipal Corporation,
the following described real estate, situated in the County of King
State of Washington:
That portion of Government Lot 7, Section 17, Township
23 North, Range 5 E.W.M., described as follows: (pumping Plant Site)
Commencing at the intersection of the southerly margin
of the Renton-Maple Valley Highway No. 114.0 with the east and
West center line of said Section 17; thence southeasterly along
said southerly margin 320-feet to the true point of beginning;
thence southwesterly at a right angle to said southerly margin
100 feet; thence southeast and parallel to said southerly
margin, 50 feet; thence northeasterly at a right angle to said
southerly margin 100 feet to said southerly margin; thence
northwesterly along said southerly margin 50 feet to the true
point of beginning.
This Deed is executed and delivered by above mentioned
Grantor unto Grantee in full compliance with and in correction of
that certain other Deed and transfer made and executed by above
Grantor unto the City of Renton, a Municipal Corporation, oh
the 15th day of April, 1946, and duly recorded in Vol. 2678,
p. 392 of Deeda, Bounty Auditor's Office., King County,Washingtc .
