HomeMy WebLinkAboutD 4775534 VQL36 }JPAGfl1UJ • • WASH-45059 DEED OF DEDICATION THIS INDENTURE, made this // C:e day of 1957, between the United States of America, acti g throu the Housing and Home Finance Agency, Public Housing Adminis- tration, under and pursuant to the powers and authority con- tained in the provisions of the Lanham Act (54 Stat. 1125; 42 U.S.C. 1521) as amended, and Reorganization Plan No. 3 of 1947 (12 F.R. 4981), party of the first part, and the City of Renton, Washington, a municipal corporation, party of the second part. WITNESSE TH: That the said party of the first part, by these presents, does hereby dedicate to the party of the second part for public purposes the land as hereinafter described situate in the City of Renton, County of King, State of Washington, and being more particularly described as follows: A portion of Renton Highlands as shown on plat recorded April 15, 1949 in Volume 46 of Plats, Pages 34 to 41, Records of King County, Washing- ton. Said tract being more particularly describ- ed as follows: Commencing at the point of intersection of the easterly line of E Street with the northerly line of 7th Avenue North, said point being also the southwesterly corner of Lot 1, Block 16 of said plat of Renton Highlands; thence running north 10 01' East along the said easterly line of E Street 250.40 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing along the said easterly line of E Street, north 1° 011 East, 141.27 feet to a point on the north line of the Southwest quarter of Section 9, T 23 N, R 5 E, W.M.; thence con- tinuing along the easterly line of said E Street, north 00 571 )45" East, 396.8 feet to the South- west corner of Lot 1, Block 7, of said plat of Renton Highlands; thence South 86° 23' 57" East, along the south lines of Lots 1, 2 and 3, of said Block 7, a distance of 131.58 feet; thence continuing along the south line of said Lot 3 and along the south lines of Lots 4 to 10, inclusive, of said Block 7, along a tangent curve concave to the south, having a radius of 1325.95 feet, a distance of 414.42 feet to the southeasterly corner of said Lot 10, thence along the southeasterly line of said Lot 10, a distance of 100.00 feet to the southerly line of 9th Avenue North, as shown on said plat of Renton Highlands; thence easterly along the said southerly line of 9th Avenue North, along a curve concave to the south with a radius of 1425.95 feet, the long chord of which bears south 67° 071 23" East, 22.05 feet, an arc distance of 22.05 feet to the beginning of a reverse curve, concave to the north with a radius of 993.95 feet; thence along the last mentioned curve a distance of 25.60 feet, the long chord of which bears south 680 201 14" East, 25.60 feet; thence leaving the south line of said 9th Avenue VOL C�c)5 rAGEi 6C) • North and running South 1° 01' West, a distance of 886.67 feet to a point on the Northeasterly line of Lot 11, Block 16, of said plat of Renton Highlands; thence Northwesterly along the Northeasterly lines of Lots 10 and 11 of said Block 16, along a curve concave to the Northeast having a radius of 1011.35 feet, a distance of 65.63 feet, the chord of said curve bears North 70° 52' 16" West, 65.62 feet; thence continuing along the northeasterly line of said Lot 10 and along the Northeasterly lines of Lots 9 to 4, inclusive, of said Block 16, North 69° 00' yet West a distance of 325.90 feet to a point; thence north 20° 59' 16" East 167.20 feet; thence North 69° 00' 44" West a distance of 220.60 feet; thence North 89° 59' West, 96.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING and containing 9.7447 acres, more or less; subject to any restrictions, covenants, reservations and ease- ments of record.
