This addendum forms part of the Contract Documents and modifies the original Plans and
Specifications, for which proposals are due on the date and time above.
Acknowledge receipt of this addendum on "Addenda Received" of the Bid Documents in the
Contract Documents. Failure to do so might subject the bidder to disqualification.
This addendum shall clarify the Contract Documents as follows:
Item No. 1 —SECTION 00 11 13 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
1. Revised Bid Date: The Bid Date for Sunset Neighborhood Park, Phase 2 is
revised from Tuesday, September 17, 2019 to Tuesday, September 24, 2019 at
3:00 pm. Bids will be received at the City Clerk's Office, 71h Floor, City Hall, 1055
S. Grady Way; Renton, WA 98057.
2. Revised Bid Opening: The Bid Opening Date for Sunset Neighborhood Park,
Phase 2 is revised from Tuesday, September 17, 2019 to Tuesday, September
24, 2019 at approximately 3:10 pm in Conference Room 621, 61h Floor, City Hall,
1055 S. Grady Way; Renton, WA 98057.
