QUIT CLAIM DEED ,
THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH: That we, Carle F. Shang and
Agppp Ej Skaneof King County, State of Washington, for and
in consideration of the sum of One (. 1.00) Dollar to us in hand paid ;,,ad in further
consideration of the general public welfare and the special benefits accruing to us
therefrom, do, by these presents grant, convey and quit-claim to the City of Renton,

a nicipal corporation of the State of Washington, for street, alley and any other
public uses and purposes, the following lots, pieces and parcels of land lying and
being in said King County, State of Washington, and described as follows:
The east 40 feet of a portion of Tract A, Earlington Addition to Renton,
according to plat recorded in Volume 14 of plats, Page 7, Rr'cords of King
County, Washington, said portion of said Tract A being more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the--northeast corner of Lot 25, Block 8 of said ,
plat; thence northeasterly along the west line of Lind Street
produced north 65.57 feet; thence S 38°36115" E 61.93 feet;
thence southwesterly and parallel to the west line of Lind Street
produced north 52.21 feet; thence westerly to the northeast cor-
ner of said Lot 25, the point of beginning.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said described premises unto the said City of Renton,
its successor or successors for the use of the public forever.
