QUIT CLAIM DEED
THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH: That we, Vincent J. Wyrwicki and
Helen M.•Wyrwicki , of King County, State of Washington, for and
in consideration of the sum of One ($1.00) Dollar to us in hand paid and in further
consideration of the general public welfare and the special benefits accruing to us
