Bidder's Question: (Bill James, MidMountain Contractors) • Concerning Gazebo:The "Natural Rust" color is a custom color. If you want it in 24ga.we would have to order 45sq. for manufacturer to make it. However, AEP does have a coil of 26ga in the "Natural Rust". Would this be of interest to the architect? • Concerning Gazebo:The Gazebo has multiple slopes and no detail callouts to accompany. It is my assumption that each roof is a separate entity. Am I correct in assuming that the detail 4/A1.06 is the rake at gridlines 2.1, 2.2, 2.4& 2.5? • Concerning Gazebo:The architect is asking for the gutter color to be TNEMEC "Briquet" Once again this is a custom color and would need to order a larger quantity than needed, thus incurring much greater cost. Response: (Rich Murakami, Rolluda Architects) • The specification has been revised to resolve gauge issue. The revision will be issued in the Addendum. • Detail callouts are on architectural plans and sections. There are 3 roofs, but the structure is interconnected (i.e. one structure). Roofs slope generally to the west with a ridge condition at gridline 2.5, ridge with gutter condition below at gridline 2.4, ridge with gutter condition at gridline 2.2, and gutter condition at gridline 2.1. Rake condition detail on 4/A1.06 occurs on the south and north roof edges. \\rv12rfpso5\depts\cs\parks plan ning\capital project coordinator\projects a-z\a-sunset neighborhood park\park design\phase ii\bidding\bidder questions\bidder question memo not-2019-0912.docx Bidders—Sunset Neighborhood Park,Phase 2 Page 6 of 6 September 12,2019 • Product and Color are per Phase 1 of the park project and confirmed as specified. Bidder's Question: (Bill James, MidMountain Contractors) • Concerning Pergolas: I'd like to clarify with you that the Pergola's have no metal roof and thus, no gutter, rake, peak or flashing of any kind. So there's nothing to bid. Response: (Rich Murakami, Rolluda Architects) • Confirmed. There is no metal roof, gutter or sheet metal flashing on the pergola structures.
