Block 3, Renton Farm Acreage, according to plat recorded
in Volume 12, of plats , page 37, in King County, Wash-
inton, lying westerly of a line which extends north 1 L., 14 `
46 35' 27" east from a point on the west line of Lot 2
of said Block 3, which is 161. 29 feet south of the
northwest corner of said Lot 1.
