QUIT CLAIM DEED
THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH: That we, CLARENCE L. BM:STINE and
DOROTHY M. BUNSTIN'I , of King County, State of Washington, for and
in consideration of the sum of One ($1.00) Dollar to us in hand paid and in further
consideration of the general public welfare and the special benefits accruing to us
therefrom, do, by these presents grant, convey and quit-claim to the City of Renton,
a municipal corporation of the State of Washington, for street, alley and any other
public uses and purposes, the following lots, pieces and parcels of land lying and
being in said King County, State of Washington, .and described as follows:
The north 15 feet of the south 243.70 feet of the west 1/3 of a tract of land
herein described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the east line
of Bagley Place with the south line of the City o f Seattle Cedar River Pipe
Line Right of Way; thence east along said pipe line right of way 163.5 feet;
thence S 6°17'30" W to the north line of Langston Avenue; thence west along
the north line of Langston Avenue to the east line of Bagley Place; thence
north along the east line of Bagley Place to the City of Seattle Cedar :dver
Pipe Line Right of Way; the point of beginning.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said described premises unto the said City of Renton,
its successor or successors for the use of the public forever.
