public uses and purposes, the following lots, pieces and parcels of land lying and
being in said King County, State of Washington, and described as follows:
The south 15 feet of the north 115 feet of the middle 1/3 of a tract of land
herein described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the east line
of Bagley Place with the south line of the City of Seattle Cedar River Pipe
Line Right of Way; thence east along said pipe line right of way 163.5 feet;
thence S 6°17'30" W to the north line of Langston Avenue; thence west along
the north line of Langston Avenue to the east line of Bagley Place; thence
north along the east line of Bagley Place to the City of Seattle Cedar River
Pipe Line Right of Way; the point of beginning.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said described premises unto the said City of Renton,
its successor or successors for the use of the public forever.
