QUIT CLAIM DEED FOR STREET PURPOSES
THE GRANTOR, PACIFIC COAST R. R. CO. , a Washington corporation,
for and in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable
1� considerations, conveys and quit claims to the CITY OF RENTON,
;, WASHINGTON, a municipal corporation, an easement for street purposes
!:.N,Z upon, over and across the following described property situated in
Renton, King County, Washington, to-wit:
A strip of land 60 feet wide, being the north 60 feet
of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter
(NW%SE1/4) of Section 8, Township 23 North, Range 5
E.W.M., extending from the west line of said Northwest
Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NW4SE4) , (also the
east line of Block 1, Renton Farm Acreage) east to the
westerly margin of State Highway right of way acquired
from the Pacific Coast R. R. Co. by warranty deed
dated September 14, 1956.
SAVING AND RESERVING unto the Grantor, its successors and
assigns, the continued right to construct, reconstruct, maintain and
operate existing and future railway tracks, signal and communication
lines, and railway appurtenances and facilities, on, over and across
the property hereinabove described.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said Grantor has caused this instrument to
be executed by its proper officers and its corporate seal to be here-

President and Secretary, respectively, of Pacific Coast R. R. Co., the
corporation that executed the within and foregoing instrument, and
acknowledged the said instrument to be the free and voluntary act and
deed of said corporation, for the uses and purposes therein mentioned,
and on oath stated they were authorized to execute said instrument, and
that the seal affixed is the corporate seal of said corporation.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my
official seal the day and year first above written.
